What we store

IRONLOG stores your workout plans, exercise logs, alarms, and body weight entries directly on your device using local storage. No data leaves your device unless you explicitly enable Google sign-in sync.

Google sign-in & sync

If you choose to sign in with Google, your data is synced to a private cloud store tied to your account, used solely to keep your data available across your devices. It is never shared with third parties or used for advertising.

Notifications & alarms

Alarm and notification permissions are used only to alert you at your scheduled times. No data is transmitted through this feature.

Your control

You can export or delete all your data at any time from Settings. Deleting data removes it permanently from your device and, if signed in, from cloud sync.
